Biography
Matěj Šumbera studied acting at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theater at DAMU, and now works at the school as an external teacher of object and puppet animation.
While still a student, he collaborated with several theaters and productions, such as Terén, Landestheater Niederösterreich, Kult, Meetfactory or his favorite Alfred ve Dvoře, mainly on original, alternative or devised theater projects.
You can currently see him at the Divadlo na cucky in Blahobytí or in the theatre Alfred ve dvoře in Wandervogel.
As a (puppet)actor he works with groups like FRAS, Musaši Entertainment Company or Studio Damúza.
